What We Run in Our Holdem Proseries Lobby

Holdem Proseries is Evolution's live Texas Hold'em variant built for multi-player action. Each table seats up to six players; the dealer manages community cards and side pots while you bet pre-flop, flop, turn and river from your phone or desktop. We carry two stake tiers so casual punters and higher rollers both find a seat. The stream runs at 60 frames per

second, and our Bangladesh support team answers Holdem Proseries rule questions in English every day from noon to midnight Dhaka time. You need a funded wallet to join a hand — we accept bKash, Nagad and Rocket, all clearing in under two minutes during business hours.

HELP PATHS

Getting Help While You Play Holdem Proseries

Team online

Hand History Export

Open your account menu, tap Hand History, select the Holdem Proseries session and export as a text file. We store the last thirty days so you can review contested pots or share a big win with friends without relying on memory.

Table Rules Reference

Every Holdem Proseries table shows an info button in the top-right corner. Tap it to see betting limits, side-pot mechanics and dealer procedure. The reference stays open while you play so you can check mid-hand if needed.

Chat with Support

If a connection drops or a pot settles in a way you don't follow, open live chat from the burger menu. Our Bangladesh team checks the hand record on Evolution's audit log and explains the ruling within minutes.

FAIR PLAY

How We Keep Holdem Proseries Tables Fair and Auditable

Evolution Studio Feed

Every card deal comes from Evolution's Malta studio, where independent testers verify shuffle machines and dealer procedure monthly. We don't touch the deck; we stream the certified table feed straight to your screen.

Hand Record Archive

Each Holdem Proseries hand is logged with a unique game ID, timestamped to the second. You can export your own session history from the account panel, and our support staff can pull the same record if you query a ruling.

Bet Confirmation Screen

Before each street closes, we show your committed chips and remaining stack in a confirmation box. If you spot a mismatch, pause and screenshot it — the support team cross-checks against the server log to resolve disputes quickly.

Withdrawal Verification Path

When you cash out Holdem Proseries winnings, we verify your bKash, Nagad or Rocket number matches the one you used to deposit. First-time withdrawals need a quick ID photo upload; repeat requests clear automatically once you're verified.

Holdem Proseries Terms You'll See at the Table

What does 'Proseries' mean in Holdem Proseries?

Proseries is Evolution's branding for their premium multi-player Texas Hold'em tables, featuring professional dealers and higher production quality compared to standard automated poker variants.

What is a side pot in Holdem Proseries?

A side pot forms when one player goes all-in and others continue betting. The main pot contains chips everyone contributed; the side pot holds additional bets only players with chips left can win.

What does 'community cards' mean?

Community cards are the five cards dealt face-up in the centre of the table — three on the flop, one on the turn, one on the river — that every player uses to build their hand.

How does the dealer button work in Holdem Proseries?

The dealer button rotates clockwise after each hand, marking which seat acts last post-flop. The two seats left of the button post small and big blinds, and action starts from the seat after the big blind pre-flop.

What is an ante in Holdem Proseries?

An ante is a small forced bet every player posts before cards are dealt, in addition to the blinds. It builds the pot and speeds up action; not all Holdem Proseries stakes use antes.

What does 'showdown' mean?

Showdown is the final phase after the river betting round closes. Remaining players reveal their hole cards and the dealer awards the pot to the best five-card hand using any combination of hole and community cards.
